The house complex is located in the area of Aghios Dimitrios near the Xirokambos Interchange, an entrance/exit point for the city of Aghios Nikolaos to Elounda, Heraklion and peripheral areas of the city. Aghios Dimitrios is one of the recently developing areas of the city and the house complex is situated in a privileged plot in short distances from the sea, the Xirokambos Interchange and the school complex of the area.
The house complex consists of seven duplex apartments with pilotis with an average area of 130 m² and three two-storey apartment buildings with pilotis with three types of apartments available (127 m² apartment, 70 m² apartment, 45 m² studio).
